Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the

Bovina Historical Society, held for the purpose of electing three (3) Board

Members and the transaction of such other business as may properly come

before the Members shall be held on the 22nd day of January, 2022 at

10:A.M. meeting has been changed to zoom :

Please take further notice that in order to cast a vote at this meeting,

you must have been a member of record for at least 30 days prior to the

date of the meeting.
